Wakefield Cathedral, an Odd Perspective

Wakefield Cathedral, an Odd Perspective

Cathedral Church of All Saints, Wakefield ; the present building was mainly built during the 14th and 15th centuries (on the site of an old Saxon church) in the Perpendicular style. The 15th century spire is 247 feet (75 metres) tall. Had all the usual problems of cramped space and poor viewing lines; hence the fish-eye effect and converging lines. I quite like it.
