Ha! I did manage to squeeze out another hdr for the end of the week! Damn this is a tough squeeze & I’ve no juice left (Pls don’t ask me what sort of juice LOL!) so hope you will enjoy my rocky shots as much as myself! I guess rocks & water can’t go that wrong :P Not sure how my friday is going to turn out as its still early.. but even if it becomes shithouse, hey the weekend is just around the corner & the thought just gets me going! Worries free & get back all the sleep I love! *Artie loves Snoring :P* Have fun!

The Shot

Standard 3 exposure shot (+2..0..-2 EV) with tripod using Sigma DC HSM 10-20mm lens

Photomatix

- Tonemapped generated HDR using detail enhancer option

Photoshop

- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'curves' to increase the contrast
- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'saturation' (yellows & blues) to tone up part of the sky
- Blended in +2 EV exposure shot to enhance the lightness of the rocks
- Applied slight dodging on the dark area of the rocks
- Used 'unsharp mask' (as always) on the background layer
