Esta obra por solicitud de la Alcaldia de Caracas tiene un procedimiento abierto, y de ser procedente debera ser removida segun por no ir acorde con la arquitectura de la ciudad, por atentar contra la moral y seguridad de los caraqueños, dicha obra construida por la Nestle, al parecer no fue sometida dentro de los calculos estructurales previo a la construccion del edificio
